We do wines in a more European style with lower alcohol, low tannins, and low oak. They tent to be more aromatic, fruit forward and pair better with food than typical California style wines. We also do 100% varietals with no blending and unusual wines like Mencía, dormfelder, carignane, vermentini, and picpoul Blanc.
